Thank you Joy for coaching me over the past several months!

You will be happy to know that I am putting myself first! I am speaking from the “I”!

I have found myself living “my favorite day” by meditating (using your taped voice), working out (biking, running, yoga) and spending quality time with my daughters and husband.

Not only have been reciting daily my 5 Core Desire Feelings (Alive, Empowered, Freedom, Gratitude and Inspired) but I have been journaling about those feelings as well. I am coming up with long lists of activities and ways to live out my core desire feelings!

Thank you so much for your help and guidance! I am so grateful! I do not feel like I am just living, I am living!
